Was really nervous looking at cars because my credit isn't the best and no down payment saved but my old car is basically shot.These guys will really work with you to get you what you want. I already had a car in mind from their website and that's what I walked out with.They really went above and beyond for me and they are great group of people and there was no pressure to buy because they're down to earth and understanding. I've already recommended them to a few family members.

I spent a lot of time researching the car I wanted to purchase. After trying to work a deal with a different dealer, I walked after they tried to slide in $150 as I was about to sign. Richard (salesman) and his boss absolutely took care of me and assured me there was no hidden fees. They encouraged a pre purchase inspection and even set up shipping for me. I was extremely nervous buying a car in Kentucky when I live in Florida. Richard was very responsive and reassured me along the way. When the car arrived, a camera issue that was noted on the inspection and fixed by Auto Group of Louisville, appeared again after less than 48 hours with the car. Richard was quick to apologize and tell me to bring it to a manufacturer dealer (promising me they would take care of it). I have had the car back for over a week and everything is working great. Auto Group of Louisville even payed for the repair directly. Could not to be happier with my purchase!

I got a Subaru outback from Auto Group of Louisville & I could not be happier!! They were able to answer any questions I had & even the mechanic took time to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. Communication was top tier & the vehicle was reasonably priced.

Auto Group of Louisville truly goes above and beyond. They don’t just work with you — they show up for you. Huge shout-out to Edgar and Jeremie, who I’ve purchased three vehicles from over time. Every car has been great quality, and the process is always smooth, honest, and stress-free. This is the only dealership that makes me feel confident and comfortable buying a vehicle. Came in, knowing what I wanted, and they made it happen. All the staff worked together as a team, and actually care about their company, the product, and the customer. They checked and directly called lenders to find the best interest rate. Add-ons were available, but there was no real pressure for those. I highly recommend checking out the high quality inventory on their website.
