I recently bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from Auto Group of Louisville, and my experience with Jacob Rymond was outstanding. From the start, Jacob came across as professional, approachable, and genuine. He had a clean, business-casual look that matched his professional yet friendly demeanor. Even during the test drives, he kept the vibe chill and pressure-free. Once we sat down in his office, I felt comfortable asking every question I had — and Jacob was patient, detailed, and transparent throughout. There wasn’t a single question left unanswered, and he never once pushed me to make a decision I wasn’t ready for. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to help with financing. My dad was helping with the financial side, but his credit union was closed that day. Jacob offered to find another institution to work with us, and not only did he secure the financing, but he also made a call that lowered our APR from above 10% down to 6.49% and even got a $400 loan fee waived. That made a huge difference for us, and it showed me he truly had our best interest in mind. At the negotiation table, Jacob was completely transparent — even showing us his screen so we knew exactly what numbers we were looking at. He explained everything clearly, including that the Sonata had been a lemon buyback, which is why we were able to purchase it at a fair discount. The whole process took about three hours, and while car buying is never “fast,” Jacob kept everything moving smoothly and professionally. If I had to describe Jacob in three words: genuine, clean, and helpful. I left the dealership feeling amazing about my purchase — like a million bucks. I would absolutely recommend asking for Jacob if you’re buying a car here. He’s fair, respectful, and 100% transparent from start to finish.

Alexis Edgar and Jacob were incredible in helping my husband and me find the perfect car. Edgar suggested us to test drive a Tesla and explained how it works and the benefits of going electric. We immediately fell in love with it and it was a deal we couldn’t pass up! Everyone at Auto Group Louisville was welcoming and patient. Edgar and Jacob even stayed well past closing to make sure we left with our new car that same night. We’re absolutely loving it and are so grateful for their dedication and kindness!

Jeramie went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing less than perfect. Even though I purchased a few states away, the professionalism and courteous customer service was unmatched by any of my vehicle purchasing experiences.
