I’ve bought cars from Auto Group of Louisville before, and I recently purchased another vehicle from them. Once again, I had a great experience. Asheel was excellent to work with—friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything.I appreciate the great customer service and the way they treat returning customers. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready for my next vehicle. Highly recommend Auto Group of Louisville and especially Asheel!

Got an old Lincoln here yesterday. This dealership had the engine compartment, brakes, frame, transmission etc in extremely good shape. Every part was functioning inside and out, they let me take my time examining it and driving it, every query was addressed. Worked with Richard, Asheel and the GM, all good people. Gave me a fair price after some haggling given the cosmetic damage, and also got me a very competitive interest rate. Also, they let me leave my truck there after hours when they didn’t have to. Nice people, gave me an honest sale, highly recommend

We were looking for a cheapish car to get from and to work, and also to help my husband’s credit score. Todd, Richard and Ross were amazing in the whole process! They helped us out so much and made it happen. We couldn’t be happier, I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

10/10 dealershipwould buy from them any dayit's rare to find an honest car dealer these days, they have nothing to hide and they make life long customers over a quick buck.Very cordial staff, great atmosphere. I've been buying cars for over 20 years now and have not had an experience as easy as this one. They also don't mark up their inventory to absurd prices like other dealers.
